Hello...

Welcome to Pensive Thoughts..., a journal of a woman’s mind, spewing words her heart can’t say. Join me as I explore the depths of emotion and experience. Unwind with me as I write these words, hoping they echo on your heart.

Acquired Chaos...

I have come to the conclusion that true love is merely a façade—romanticized and created by women who fool themselves into believing that love is giving all of themselves, accepting the bare minimum. While men feed into these illusions, enjoying the ride at the expense of our sacrifices, draining us until there is nothing left. Then they have the audacity to ask, "What do you bring to the table?"—as if women are nothing more than acquired chaos impeding their growth. Ignoring the fact that historically, women backs are the very foundation they stand on.

Vampires...

Vulnerability is such a frightening emotion when shown to the wrong person. We are taught that being vulnerable makes us weak—that it's a waste of feeling sorry for oneself. But why don't you shut up and allow people to feel? Whether they feel weak or strong, depressed or excited, why does one's emotions cause others to judge them? We are always too happy, too sad, too loud, too quiet—but never too kind or too giving. Humans are the illusion on which the true vampire stories began. They suck what they want from you, and when it doesn't serve them anymore, it then becomes too much. and you become disposable.
